I have been using FineThanx since the middle of December 2010 and I love it! I plan to keep on using FineThanx for as long as possible (probably years). I live alone and don't have anyone looking out for me but I do have relatives scattered around my local state of California. My health has not been very good and I have been worried that I might become suddenly incapacitated. I also worry about the area that I live in as there have been home invasions. I was looking for something automated that could check up on me and if I did not respond, could send out notifications. My relatives have been instructed on what to do if called. So for me, FineThanx is the perfect solution! I totally recommend the service. About a week after I first stared with FineThanx, Peter (the person in charge) called me up just to chat and to get feedback about the service from me. FineThanx does not operate in a vacuum, if you have feedback shoot them an email. The web site is *very* easy to use, just enter in a few phone numbers, set the time to call and your done. They absolutely will respect your personal privacy.

I really think the service is terrific. It is very comforting to know that someone will be contacting me, especially when I am not feeling very well.
